First of all, Colton is home. Halleluyah! I got to pick him up from the airport on Tuesday, and boy was I happy to see him again!

Second, did anyone else notice it was summer? Yeah...  only in the mid 100's... perfect climate for a pregnant lady! haha.

And last, but my personal favorite update, we are finally settled in our new home! We got an apartment here in Gilbert and we couldn't be happier. My parents went through alot of trouble to get us into a home with room for the baby just in time! So now I finally got toset up the nursery and get to sit on my comfy couch again, haha.

I would again like to brag about my brothers skills, he stained the dressor and bedframe for me. They look AMAZING!

Busy week!

Sometimes I feel like I have a really boring life that must be really boring to read OR write about.... andddd some other times I feel like if I was actually diligent enough to details the craziness we would be here all day!

This week is one of those weeks! Man has it been an eventful one.

For starters, if none of you knew, my family I have been staying with got a new place. A much smaller one. I have been sleeping in the motorhome, which isn't toooo bad (at least it has A/C). My parents decided with  the babies arrival being so close it was time to find me an apartment.

So we did. Nothing fancy, but I have a skilled desgin team and support of strong boys to make it home for our little family.

Speaking of home, I am SOOO excited to say that myhusband is coming home. I was on the verge of posting sappy complaisent blogs about how much I missed him, so you all lucked out. Finally. It's not an ideal situation for anyone, but we are so happy to have a place to ourselves when we welcome Jax into the world.

AND speaking of Jax, in the last week I have been to the hospital TWO times! Talk asbout drama, first Colton, now me! Long story short, Jax is in a hurry to come out... and my contractions are much to frequent for only being 35 weeks. Today the clocked me at 10 an hour, so we got another sneak peak at the baby to make sure all is well in Jaxonland..

All I have to say is, wait until I am at LEAST 36 weeks.... and come whenever you want! (and if that happens to be after we are settled in our new place, all the better ;])

On the baby bullitin, my aunt Carrie welcomed a new little girl into her family this morning! Morgan Lea Ferre. Short little one, with a beautiful full head of dark hair!

Ooh.. later this week my sister graduates from High School! Crazy how we are all growing up. I am having a baby, Whitney is off to college, Brock is signing paperwork for the Marines, Tyson is getting his license, Dallin is starting High School and Isabell is 10 YEARS OLD! I swear it was just yesterday my mom brought Izzy home from the hospital!

Anyways, I believe that is all the major updates. I hope to post some pictures of our happy new home next week! (I would this weekend, but we are moving AND having a garage sale... sheeshhh do we ever slow down?!)

Up & Down!

So, it has been days since I have even BEEN on blogger, let alone posted anything. Butttt it has been a crazy week! some things have come up for us and we no longer get to move into our apartment as soon as we had hoped. Instead, we get to stay with my parents. Love them to death, but I must admit I am bummed we go get to start a new life on our own. And to top it off, we couldn't afford my classes, and I had to take a break from school.

On a happier note, the wedding is only a week away! We are so excited! Now we get to the fun part where we decided how we are going to kiss at "I Do" and what we are going to do after. Next week all our family and friends come into town and we are going to attempt to house a million people in a 5 bedroom house and a motorhome, haha. Tuesday I start half days at work to give time for last minute things and all that jazz. Plus it will be nice to spend time with everyone who went through a lot of trouble to be here to support us.

I am SO excited to share all of our wedding crafts and ideas with everyone after the day! There are a few things that aren't what I imagined and I am worried about how everything will come together but overall the decor is BEAUTIFUL! I really am so lucky to have my mom and Tyson.

NEXT STOP, MARRIAGE LICENSE! yayy!

Yay! for Nesting

I know... I have blogged a ton... but hey, we have a lot going on right now!

Good news numero uno: COLTON  GOT A JOB! (: I'm so proud! And not only is it a decent job, but it's very close to my work.

Which brings me to good news numero dos: We picked an apartment! YAY! We love it and we are soo excited to get settled in. Plus, we got it super close to my work, so we can car pool (woot woot for saving the extra car payment, insurance, and gas!)

Why do we only have one car you ask? Oh my that is a story for an entire blog itself! But super short version so I can tell you about our new place, after being here about a month, Colton's car... well... it died. I guess it didn't have much fun in the sun!

Anyhoo.. back to our place. Here are some sneak peak pictures, and when we are settled I will put more up..

Now as you can see, the grounds are BEAUTIFUL! And Luckily Colton and I both love to swim, so as soon as Jaxon is big enough... you can catch me at that pool!

Butttt the pool is not even the best part. It's the layout of the apartment. Here is what caught my eye

(that means HUGE closets, bathroom, and laundry room)

(Colton and I will be gettin ready at the same time in the morning, so thats a big deal)

3. surpisingly, it was hard to find an apartment in our pirce range with a washer dryer..

Anywayssss, we read the reviews online and they have a pretty solid average. We will hope we love it as much as we do so far! I'll keep you posted!

Losing my job.

The Monday following my appointment, I got fired. The first, and hopefully the LAST time I get fired. As if I couldn't be any more stressed, I am now a 19 year old mother-to-be that is jobless. Perfect.

In most of life's situations that get me so overwhelmed and I can't talk to my parents, there is one person I can always count on.. my Grandma. I call her immediately after leaving the office.She, of course, was an angel. She told me to tell my parents, and if things got bad she would take me in and help me get back on my feet.

After many phone conversations with a few of my close friends and family, I went home and gathered nearly everything I had purchased within the last three months and took it to be returned so I could scrap enough money to live.

At the time, my roommate Hillary was my bestest of all best friends. And when I told her I was pregnant,she told me she would be there for me no matter what "best aunt ever" she said she would be. And it felt good to know that I had at least her and Colton on my side for what was going to be a VERY long ride.

But when I lost my job, and had to leave the apartment to get by, it was to much for her. She stopped speaking to me. For a long time I really resented her for dropping me in the hardest time of my life... but it was because she left that I finally had the courage to tell my mother.

After 9 days of EXTREME bugging and taunting, I finally told my father everything that was going on. And that weekend, my family helped me move all my stuff out of the apartment with the girls, and I slept with my sister.
