So, after spending several months living in one bedroom of my parents house, and looking at almost every single listing of homes for rent in the area... we found our "new" home! I am in love!
I was beginning to think we would never find a place! If I loved it, we couldn't afford it... and if we could afford it.. there was something wrong with it. We had found a town home that we actually loved and completed the paperwork for, but at the last minute, the owner decided she wanted two months deposit. This totally turned me off, and just like that, we were back to square one.
Luckily, I was the first to get to view our new home... I saw the listing minutes after it had been posted and I jumped on it!!
It is an old Virginia rancher, that was bought and flipped. The kitchen was refinished and all the appliances had been replaced.
