We are now 13 weeks! That means we are in the second trimester! YAY! We got to see baby today, everything looks great so far. We had testing done to check the baby for abnormalities... I checked to make sure it wasn't the same tests they did when I was pregnant with Jaxon, because I really didn't want to stress... but good news! Everything looks normal!

So far, this pregnancy has been fairly mellow like my last two. No morning sickness! I haven't been quite as tired as I was with Jax, but I have many food aversions and have been getting headaches and head burn much sooner!

How did I find out I was pregnant? Well, we had been trying for about 2 months.. so I had been tracking my cycles very closely... I took the test the end of June while I was at my sister Whitney's house for her ultrasound (I was very sneaky and didn't tell anyone but my mom who was there with me!) My cycle should have started that day, but it hadn't and I just HAD to know! Sure enough, it was positive!! It was so hard not to explode the news to the whole world right then! But we decided it was best not to tell anyone until we had seen the baby on an ultrasound.

As sad as I am to see my beamer go, I am THRILLED about my new mom car! Two car seats will fit soo much better in my new 2014 Ford Escape! Not to mention I won't have to bend down to get babies out of the car anymore... so it is worth not having the amazing sound system I had before ): 

And yes, I know I look disgusting! But I was NOT planning out being out all day... so we will live wit it. 

Lazenby Family Reunion

So happy Jaxon and I were able to visit Utah for a bit! I have missed my family and friends so much!!  We trekked thousands of miles over several days. We were able to attend the 74th annual Lazenby family reunion, and I was able to attend Jacob's cousins wedding reception. I was also able to spend time with life long friends I hadn't seen in many years! 

So sad daddy wasn't able to join us! Hoping we get to come again soon!
